Our Story

At Boardwalk Leadership we’re serious about creating inclusive cultures where diverse and talented people thrive.

In 2011 we set out with a mission to help talented women reach their full leadership potential. Since then we’ve widened our remit to work with individuals, organisations and governments across the globe to promote diversity and inclusivity for all.

Along with our mission, our team has grown over the years to include a brilliant group of industry experts with an excellent breadth of skills and experience. We walk the talk and  have seen,  first-hand, the benefits of building a diverse and inclusive team. Our culture and workplace wellbeing are enviable (seriously)!

Thanks to the collective work of our global team, we now offer a range of diversity, inclusion and wellness training, sector specific research and practical resources to help organisations hire, develop, promote and retain the best people.

Today we are dedicated to helping our client partners implement dynamic, innovative and measurable positive change. We hope you’ll experience the benefits of our work for yourself soon.
